What documents should I bring to my first insurance meeting?

  • Identification: A valid passport for identification.

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything—bring as much information as you can, and we can guide you through the next steps. If any documents are missing, we’ll provide help on how to gather them for future meetings. And if you’re unsure about any documents to bring or have specific questions, feel free to contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Should I bring documents related to my KiwiSaver?

If you are wanting to take advantage of the KiwiSaver First Home Withdrawal, then you will need your KiwiSaver statement and written confirmation from your KiwiSaver provider showing how much you can withdraw. See contact details for New Zealand KiwiSaver providers below.

Or, if your meeting is about reviewing or selecting insurance options tied to your KiwiSaver, bringing a statement from your KiwiSaver provider will be useful. This will help assess your current contributions and how insurance can be aligned with your retirement planning.

Happy Client Feedback

Great experience refixing my mortgage with Swift.
Izaz took time to look through my finances together & suggested a tailored plan to enable me to pay my mortgage faster. Great one to one service, prompt communication & was always happy to expain terminology & answer my questions. Shahvir also looked through my Kiwisaver & put me on a new plan with better projected returns. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
